Mesenchymal stem cells are like a submarine floating around in the blood waiting for injured tissue to put out its signals so the Mesenchymal cells can release/launch their Exosomes like torpedoes and missles toward the site of inflamation and tissue damage. These Exosomes carry a payload that contain healing factors.

Unfortunately, the Mesenchymal stem cells, the submarine, also carry someone else's DNA and the LI-6 factors, which can cause an immune response to the stem cells. In developing our product, we take the process one step farther in the development phase. We take the Exosomes out of the Mesenchymal cells, which leaves the DNA an IL-6 factor behind, and just the torpedoes and missles, the Exosomes, to treat the patient.

In using the Exosomes we get the just as good of a patient response without introducing someone else's DNA or the IL-6 factor. An added plus is that the Exosomes are small enough to cross the blood/brain barrier to help target stroke and brain damaged patient and some neurological diseases.
